Kevin Hexstall is responsible for the Firm's Criminal Defense section. In addition to handling the Firm's criminal matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Hexstall is also very involved in the litigation of trials involving toxic tort as well as premises and product liability claims. Kevin has successfully defended corporations in multi-million dollar wrongful death cases involving product liability claims. Kevin Hexstall graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994 with a Bachelors of Arts degree. He received his juris doctor degree from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1997, where he served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Program and received the Book Award for the Criminal Law Clinic. Mr. Hexstall worked as an Assistant Defender for the Defender Association of Philadelphia from 1997-2001. He has litigated numerous jury trials in the Major Felony Division of the Criminal Justice Center. He has continued to successfully defend a number of clients charged with very serious felonies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. HONORS AND AWARDS: In 2007 American Lawyer Media recognized Kevin as one of twelve Pennsylvania minority attorneys "On the Verge" in a diversity supplement published in The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly. This distinction recognizes Kevin's legal accomplishments and community involvement. |
