Mr. Neal joined the firm in 1987 and has been a partner since 1994. He concentrates his practice on aviation, commercial litigation, toxic tort, environmental law, class actions, product liability, premises law, insurance coverage and bad faith. Mr. Neal is a 1987 graduate of Arizona State University College of Law. He is a member of several organizations, including, the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, the Aviation Insurance Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Helicopter Association International and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Neal is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
