Kevin Graves is responsible for corporate real estate and facilities management company-wide, negotiating leases and overseeing the design and construction of all office space. His responsibilities also include oversight of corporate security (physical and administrative); property control; shipping and receiving; mail operation; office equipment and furnishings; parking arrangements; and cellular telephones, paging, and personal digital equipment service throughout the company. He has been instrumental in developing SRA administrative and facilities management systems and uses his extensive knowledge of leasing, facilities, and procurement when handling negotiations with SRA vendors.
Prior to joining SRA in 1986, Graves served in the U.S. Army for seven years. He is active in the CoreNet Global Corporate Real Estate Network, and the International Facilities Management Association.
