Kevin D. Gordon is a shareholder and director of Crowe & Dunlevy, P.C., having joined the firm in 1984. Mr. Gordon co-chairs the Insurance Practice Groups and chairs the Health Care Litigation and Administrative Law Practice Groups. For nine years he has also served as the Conference Chair and Moderator of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Insurance Law Update for which he received the Association's highest CLE award the Earl Sneed Award. Mr. Gordon lectures nationally on insurance and healthcare topics including the 2006 and 2007 American Health Lawyers Association's Law Conference on Health Insurance Plans and for six years served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Oklahoma, teaching an upper level course in health law. Mr. Gordon received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Westminster College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a member of Order of the Coif, editor of the law review; and the moot court Golden Gavel recipient. Mr. Gordon maintains an active litigation practice, focusing on healthcare litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and administrative law. Mr. Gordon is Chair of the HMO & Health Plans Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association. He is a member of United States Chamber of Commerce on Employee Benefits Committee; a board member of the Citizen's Policy Center; and Past-President of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court. |
