Kevin Conneely practices in the area of intellectual property litigation including patent, trademark and copyright trials and arbitration, and in general commercial litigation including antitrust, contract and business torts.
Kevin has represented clients and tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. Over the past 20 years, Kevin has handled a diverse case load and has appeared in trial courts, arbitration proceedings, and appeals in state and federal venues throughout the country.
