Kevin D. Bay - Incorporator / Director - Kevin D. Bay is a member of the Board of Directors of CedarStone Bank. Mr. Bay is Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Bay's Southern Bread, Inc. and Specialty Breads, LLC, in Lebanon. In this capacity, he has helped to expand the company and significantly increase production. Mr. Bay is active in the Wilson County community, serving on the boards of the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Wilson County. He is also actively involved in Ducks Unlimited and the National Wild Turkey Federation. Mr. Bay was born in Nashville in 1961, and moved to Wilson County in 1971. He graduated from Mt. Juliet High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University. |
