Kevin D. Allen received his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1975 and 1978, respectively. His practice emphasizes employment law and commercial litigation. In the area of employment law, Mr. Allen is experienced in matters involving federal and state civil rights litigation, restrictive covenant and misappropriation of trade secrets litigation and other business tort litigation arising out of the employment setting. He is also experienced in providing counsel regarding a full range of other personnel and workplace issues, primarily on behalf of employers. He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Allen is is on the Faculty of the Council on Education in Management, which provides employment law and human resource training to Human Resource professionals across the United States.
