Mr. Gray's practice focuses on representing financial institutions and other commercial lenders in many types of financing transactions. On the lending side, he provides services ranging from consultation with respect to initial transaction structure to documenting, securing and closing transactions. Such transactions include complex asset based lines of credit, commercial real estate and construction loans, letter of credit financing and investment property backed financing.In conjunction with his commercial lending practice, Mr. Gray also represents financial institutions, landlords, equipment financiers and other creditors in workouts, commercial litigation and chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. In addition to workouts, loan restructuring, commercial foreclosures and personal property liquidations, his experience in bankruptcy extends from cash collateral and stay relief proceedings to plan confirmation and related litigation, as well as defense of fraudulent conveyance and preference litigation. Mr. Gray has also represented companies acquiring assets through section 363 bankruptcy sales. |
