Kevin C. Gallagher has been vice president and corporate secretary of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. since 2001. He oversees the broad range of corporate governance activities of the company and its publicly traded subsidiary, U.S. Cellular.
Before joining TDS, Gallagher served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of 360 Communications Company in Chicago. Prior to that, he was vice president and general counsel of Sprint Cellular Company and its predecessor Centel Cellular Company. Before joining Centel Corporation in 1981, Gallagher practiced law with the Chicago firm of Ross and Hardies.
Gallagher received both his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. |
