Kevin B. Waide, brings to Business Acquisitions, Ltd. a wide array of professional business experience and expertise. Prior to joining Business Acquisitions, Ltd., Kevin was a Business Development Director for one of the largest public accounting firms in the Denver area. One of Kevin's primary responsibilities was to assist companies in understanding their financial condition through business analyses and evaluations. Under his direction and business expertise, the firm became the second largest practice, nationally, in a network of over three hundred offices. Before working directly in the accounting profession, Kevin spent fourteen years in the investment banking business, holding titles of Vice-President and Director of Corporate Finance. During this time, he was responsible for structuring and syndicating initial public offerings (IPO's) and Limited Partnership investments as well as managing the personal investments of numerous clients. Currently, he serves as an advisor to two publicly-traded companies.
