Keven Rowe is the President of Jones Waldo and serves as the head of its Real Estate Finance and Commercial Financing and Commercial Banking Groups. He has extensive experience and expertise in commercial finance, complex real estate development and leasing and corporate law. He has received the highest possible peer reviews from rating services such as Martindale Hubbell (AV rating) and Chambers USA (one of the leading Real Estate Attorneys in Utah). He was also listed in Utah Business Magazine’s Legal Elite in 2006-2008 and in the 2007 editions of "The Best Lawyers in America" and "Super Lawyers."
Keven has closed numerous complex asset based, commercial, construction, syndicated and securitized loans for lenders such as Wells Fargo Bank, and for numerous individual and corporate borrowers. He also has a national real estate practice and has negotiated complex land acquisitions, dispositions and leases in many states. Keven has extensive retail experience, having represented Albertson’s and Lowe’s in numerous shopping center developments. He has also assisted his clients in acquiring commercial, apartment and resort properties with monies raised from individual investors.

Keven’s corporate practice includes selling and acquiring companies and divisions, including negotiating post-acquisition licensing, services and executive employment contracts. These transactions have included acquiring radio stations, retail store chains and disposing of software companies and operating divisions (including intellectual, real property and personal property assets). He also has extensive experience in assisting companies in their ongoing operations, including intellectual property licensing, governmental regulatory issues, executive employment contracts and other day-to-day legal matters. Keven’s practice, together with his experience operating Jones Waldo, gives him a unique business perspective when counseling clients.
Keven is a native of Utah and has thoughtfully pursued his career in Salt Lake City. He is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law where he graduated with honors. Keven is a member of the Utah State Bar, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Keven enjoys spending his free time with his wife, two daughters and son. He is an avid runner (he still believes he has one more marathon in his legs), golfer and skier. He has spent a lot of time recently coaching his son on numerous neighborhood teams and preparing his daughter for college. |
