Experience:
Kesner Bienvenu's practice focuses on representation of both public and private institutions, major corporations, pension funds, and REIT's in various commercial real estate transactions. He has experience representing clients in the acquisition, financing and development of property for office, retail and industrial purposes. He also regularly represents commercial landlords and major tenants in the drafting and negotiating of office, retail and industrial leases. He also has experience in representing equity investors in joint venture investments, as well as debt investors in mezzanine loan transactions.
