Dr. O’Reilly is a graduate of Howard University, School of Pharmacy and has completed a post-graduate pharmacy practice residency training at the Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located in Washington, DC. In addition, Dr O’Reilly completed a two-year ambulatory care fellowship at Howard University where she developed a diabetes adherence program. Dr O’Reilly has worked as a clinical pharmacist at Walter Reed Army Medical Center where she managed pharmacotherapy and renewal clinics; provided medication therapy management in hospital and ambulatory care clinics; coordinated and standardized mentoring and training programs. Also, Dr O’Reilly has extensive experience in telepharmacy services, pharmacokinetics, and infectious disease. Dr. Kesha N. O’Reilly is the Managing Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs at Correct Rx Pharmacy Services. She is responsible for formulary management, drug utilization, clinical CQI initiatives, correctional facility audits, and supervision of on-site correctional facility clinical pharmacists. Dr O’Reilly is committed to developing strong relationships with inter-disciplinary practitioners that promote improved patient outcomes through cost-effective healthcare in correctional facilities. |
