Kerry Hester is US Airways' vice president, reservations and customer service planning. Kerry's responsibilities include coordinating the overall customer travel experience, from booking their initial reservation, to check-in, airport clubs, boarding, as well as service recovery. She also oversees Reservations and Inventory Services.
Prior to joining US Airways, Kerry was Managing Director of Employee Engagement for Northwest Airlines. During her tenure at Northwest, she worked in a variety of roles including Manager of Pricing Analysis, Manager of Route Planning, Director of Network Planning and Strategy, Director of Customer Service Airport Operations and Managing Director of Reservations Sales and Services. Prior to her experience at Northwest, Kerry served as a Staff Consultant at Andersen Consulting and a Marketing Analyst at Aeroquip Corporation.
Kerry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University and went on to receive a MBA from the University of Michigan where she graduated with high distinction. |
