Kerry is a Senior Vice President and a Managing Director of Northmarq. He has been in the real estate finance industry since 1971, and has been involved in over $2 billion in real estate finance transactions during that period.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Kerry was a founding partner in Stockton, Luedemann, French, and Stockton, Luedemann, French / Jackson & West, two Texas based real estate finance companies, acquired by Northmarq in 1998. Prior to that time, he was Senior Vice President for the Ben G. McGuire & Co., a Houston based mortgage banking firm, which preceeded SLF. Previous to that, Kerry was employed by an east coast based life insurance company, and was a Real Estate District Supervisor with responsibility for two district offices for the firm.
Kerry is a charter member of NMC’s Producer’s Council, a member of Urban Land Institute, the National Mortgage Banker’s Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He holds a Business Degree from the University of North Carolina. |
