Kerry Cunningham is Vice President, Telebusiness Operations. Kerry started with CAS as a telemarketing rep in 1992 and has conducted thousands of phone hours of calling for some of our most demanding hardware and software projects. An accomplished writer with degrees in English Literature and Journalism, Kerry has held positions of increasing responsibility at CAS including Senior Member of the Telemarketing Staff, Call Guide Script Developer, and Account Team Manager. Prior to joining CAS, Kerry was Regional Manager for the Central United States for a publication of the Cahner's Publishing Electronics Group. Presently, as V.P., Telebusiness Operations, Kerry manages multiple Account Team Managers and oversees new calling program development. Kerry and his staff provide expert telebusiness consulting services to our software and hardware product clients, developing successful strategies and tactics to make client campaigns and reps more effective. |
