Kerry C. Dustin is the Chairman of Falls River Group, LLC and Chairman or Director/Officer of three unrelated technology companies. Previously he was the Managing Partner of the Ohio offices of a "Big Eight" international consulting and accounting firm. As such, he grew the Ohio practice from $350,000 to $23 Million in annual revenue.Kerry has over 30 years of transactional experience which encompasses buying and selling businesses, structuring financial packaging for acquisitions and valuing of closely held businesses both in the United States and Europe. He also has extensive operational experience in the critical area of post merger integration. As a result of his background, Kerry has successfully quarterbacked the analysis, planning, structuring, and negotiations of numerous complex business transactions. He is a TEC Associate and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is also President Elect of the International Merger & Acquisition Professionals. Kerry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ohio State University and a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University's School of Law. He is a member of International Merger and Acquisition Professionals (IMAP), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the American Bar Association. Kerry co-founded the Ohio Venture Association and the Northeast Ohio Software Association. He is an Alumnus of Leadership of Cleveland, a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and he is on the Board of numerous corporate, civic and charitable organizations.
