Ms. Frye joined SeniorHealth in December 2005. She has been been involved in the development stages of several healthcare companies, ranging from $20 million to $1 billion, two of which became SEC registrants. She most recently served as Vice President of Risk Management and Finance for Pine Creek Healthcare Capital, LLC, an asset management firm providing capital to hospitals, where she developed and implemented credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring systems. From 2000 through 2004, Ms. Frye served as Vice President/Controller of Iasis Healthcare, an acute- care hospital company where she established corporate accounting policies, systems and reporting processes, handled specialized accounting requirements for acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships, and led the development and implementation of system-wide financial systems. Prior to Iasis, Ms. Frye served as Chief Financial Officer for Inphact, a start-up teleradiology provider where she helped gain venture funding and served as Administrator for the related physician practice group. She was previously Corporate Controller of Quorum Health Resources, a major hospital management company, starting shortly after their spinoff from HCA. She worked with Ernst & Young from 1987 through 1990 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Austin Peay State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. |
