A native Pensacolian, Kent is a graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School and Tallahassee Community College. After studying Property Management at Florida State University, Kent went to work for the area's largest document and imaging company. In this capacity he handled the direct sales and managed the client accounts of some of the Panhandle's largest companies. In 2005, Kent entered the commercial real estate business with a local development and commercial real estate company. While there, Kent gained extensive industry and market knowledge. His familiarity with Pensacola and the surrounding area appealed to national retailers seeking to locate to the area and afforded him the opportunity to work closely with these national companies. As a direct result of his local knowledge, Kent facilitated real estate transactions with some of the largest developers our area. Kent's unique combination of local knowledge and national know how make him a welcome addition to the Beck Property Team. Kent is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. |
