Kent Seyffer is a Principal and Shareholder with more than 40 years of experience in the practice of architecture. Based in the firms Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office, he has been associated with a number of leading architectural and interior design firms in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut metropolitan area. He is experienced in commercial, research, industrial and health related facilities and has served as technical project architect on large-scale educational facilities. Kent assisted the General Services Administration in Washington, DC in developing and planning procedures for the adoption of construction management on government projects. He was instrumental in obtaining the first construction management contract ever let by the G.S.A. for Walter Kidde Constructors in New York City. Kent served for fourteen years as principal in charge of architecture and engineering for an international design and engineering firm handling projects throughout the world for many of the firm’s Fortune 500 clients. |
