Bringing more than 18 years of industrial real estate experience in Georgia and the Southeast to the role of Regional Director, Kent Mason joined First Industrial in 2007 to lead its Atlanta-based acquisition and development initiatives.
As Regional Director of First Industrial’s Atlanta office, Mr. Mason is responsible for delivering industrial real estate supply chain solutions to customers and identifying acquisition and development opportunities.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Mason was Vice President for Ashley Capital, LLC, where he managed and operated their Southeast regional office focusing on acquisition and development of industrial product.
Previously, he was Partner and Director - Southeast Region for Hart Corporation, a national industrial brokerage and site search firm, where he conducted brokerage and marketing activities from the company’s Atlanta headquarters.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mason held numerous positions during his nine- year tenure at The Walker Companies, a regional industrial brokerage and location consulting firm, based in its Atlanta and Charlotte offices.
A member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Mr. Mason serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and serves on the board of directors of the Atlanta chapter of the CCIM Institute.
Mr. Mason earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial management, graduating cum laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology |
