Mr. Kraus is a Business Consultant in the Business Consulting Group at Eagle Point. In his 12 years at Eagle Point, Mr. Kraus has held many positions including management-level positions and has helped hundreds of organizations reach their goals. He has served on the Board of Examiners for the Iowa Recognition for Performance Excellence, a state level Malcolm Baldrige Award program. In his current role as a Business Consultant, Mr. Kraus has extensive experience in working with executive-level professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and deploying solutions aimed at helping them achieve their goals and objectives. He has worked with companies to facilitate the definition of strategic plans, as well as facilitation of the creation of awareness, agreement, practice and measurement of the defined plans. He has presented on a variety of topics at numerous industry conferences including most recently a Strategic Planning Workshop. |
