Kent Maxey serves as our Senior Property Manager for the Houston properties. He is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations related to AmREIT's in-town Houston assets.
Mr. Maxey has over six years of experience in real estate management of large regional shopping malls in Oklahoma and Texas working for General Growth Properties. Prior to joining AmREIT, he was the Sr. General Manager of Deerbrook Mall in Humble, TX. In addition to property management, Mr. Maxey has an additional 10 years of management experience in the restaurant, retail and personnel staffing industries.
Mr. Maxey received a Bachelors degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he has earned his Certified Shopping Center Manager designation. |
