Kent L. Johnson, age 63, has served as one of our Directors since our inception. He is Chairman and Managing Director of Alexander Hutton Venture Partners, L.P., a Seattle, Washington-based venture capital firm he co-founded in 1999. From October 1994 to December 1999, Mr. Johnson was President and co-founder of Alexander Hutton Capital, L.L.C., an investment banking firm that specialized in equity capital funding for emerging growth companies. Mr. Johnson currently serves as a director of several private companies and devotes considerable time to private investment activities. Mr. Johnson has a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from Seattle University, where he serves on the Board of Trustees and the Business Advisory Board of the Entrepreneurial Center. |
