Kent Brown, based in San Diego, manages several major engineering and system installation contracts with the US Navy as well as several civilian federal agency customers. The contracts include C4ISR In-Service Engineering and integrated systems installation, and C4ISR, hull, mechanical and electrical programs supporting the US Navy surface and submarine communities. Prior to re-joining the company in 1995, Kent was a Department Head with Advanced Communications Systems, Inc. (1993-1995), a Project Director with Resource Consultants, Inc., (1990-1993), and a Program Manager with Science Applications International Corporation, Comsystems Division, (1984-1990). He also served as an electronics technician in the US Navy onboard several ships and concluded his career as an instructor at the US Navy’s Advanced Electronics School. |
