Ken Saunders joined Open Solutions in January 2006 as EVP & CFO. Prior to joining Open Solutions Mr. Saunders served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Peregrine Systems Inc. which was recently acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company. He had joined Peregrine in August 2004 as executive vice president with interim responsibilities for managing the company’s financial operations and infrastructure until he transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed EVP and CFO on November 1 2004 and was instrumental in the successful turnaround of this company. |
