Unlike most in the search profession, Ken became an executive recruiter by design. He began his career out of college as a Research Director for a boutique in the Midwest. Ken acquired valuable corporate experience during a seven-year stint with the Pharmaceutical Products Division of Abbott Laboratories, after which he returned to search, joining the Boston office of Christian & Timbers. Realizing a greater affinity for the boutique model, Ken teamed up with a Midwest-based specialty firm. He opened the doors of their New England office and provided the leadership and direction necessary to drive business forward in a market rebounding from a period of economic correction. Driven by an intense desire to represent his own brand, Ken partnered with Steven LaKind to form TaylorHaley. |
