Kenneth E. Naglewski is a seasoned and versatile senior executive with extensive experience and business skills honed at both Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Over a professional career spanning 30 years Ken has managed companies as CEO, COO and CRO in several different economic sectors. Recently, as Executive Vice President and COO, Ken led the turnaround and successful sale of State Industries, Inc., one of the world's largest manufacturers of water heaters and related products. Prior to State Industries, Ken was a partner in a national consulting firm providing turnaround, crisis management and related services to underperforming and distressed companies in a wide variety of industries, including several public companies, offshore subsidiaries and divisions of client companies.
Ken has played an active hands-on leadership role in chapter 11 reorganizations, financial restructurings, operational turnarounds and distressed business sales. He is particularly adept at managing crisis situations and bringing structure and discipline to troubled business situations.
Earlier in his career, Ken was a senior financial executive with MidCon Corp and Santa Fe Southern Pacific, both Fortune 500 companies. He launched his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. where he managed financial audits of Fortune 500 companies.
He has developed and authored the Rapid Business Assessment Process and has given numerous presentations on issues affecting underperforming companies.
Ken graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in accounting and management and he is a graduate of the University of Southern California Institute of Management and Economics Executive Development Program. Ken is both a Certified Turnaround Professional and a Certified Public Accountant.
