Ken has exceptional expertise in corporate finance, credit operations, international sales finance, restructuring and bankruptcy for the auto industry. Professional Experience Of the 30 years spent with DaimlerChrysler, 10 were devoted to leading the Supplier Risk Management team. In that role he coordinated 150 distressed supplier workouts without production interruption or disruption of future Programs. As Director of Supplier Economics and Financial Analysis he was involved in financial forecasting and reporting for the Procurement & Supply organization. In that role he developed supplier capital projects, prepared commodity-related economic studies and managed supplier financial due diligence. Altogether, his positions at DCX included Director of Procurement & Supply Financial Control, Senior Manager of Financial Assistance, Senior Manager of International Sales Financing and Senior Manager of Dealer Credit.
