Mr. Lyman was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1982 and is admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado and United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. He has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous federal and state courts. Ken received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Business in 1982. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in 1975. Before joining Hall & Evans, L.L.C., Ken served as Deputy District Attorney for the 21st Colorado Judicial District and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado. He is a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc. Mr. Lyman is a trial attorney with a diverse litigation practice. He handles a variety of matters for business and individuals including defense of claims for personal injury and property damages resulting from accident or other casualty. He advises product designers and manufacturers on issues related to recurrent claims arising from alleged design, manufacturing, or recall problems. He serves as Regional Counsel for several Fortune 100 companies, in defense of tort litigation in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. Mr. Lyman represents individuals and business entities involved in litigation of disputed commercial transactions, including disputes over trade secrets and other intellectual property, real estate, financial, construction, health care, and employment practices. |
