Dr. Lieberthal is Senior Director of Stonebridge and advises the firm s clients on matters related to China and Asia. A leading China scholar, Dr. Lieberthal has advised numerous Fortune 500 firms on their business strategies in China. He has also served as a consultant for the U.S. Department of State, the World Bank, the Kettering Foundation, and the Aspen Institute. Dr. Liberthal previously served as Senior Director for Asia at the White House, and has written and edited nearly a dozen books and authored about four dozen published articles on China-related issues. He is currently Professor of Political Science and William Davidson Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan.
