Mr. Giffin is President of City Mark, an Indianapolis governmental relations and business development firm. Prior to 2002 and for nearly 20 years he held a succession of executive positions with IWC Resources Corporation and its subsidiary, Indianapolis Water Company. He served as a director of Fifth Third Bank of Central Indiana for ten years and was a member of the bank’s executive and loan committees for five years. Mr. Giffin also served as a member of the Indianapolis City Council for 24 years, as a member of the Indianapolis Airport Authority Board and the Marion County Tax Adjustment Board and was appointed to a number of other governmental authorities and commissions. He has also held elective or appointive positions with utility-related trade and other organizations. He has served as a trustee of Marian College in Indianapolis and has been active in a number of other civic, political, and community service organizations. |
