Mr. Kenneth Chik, was appointed to the Board of Directors on January 1, 2005 and is a member of the audit committee. Mr. Chik is a Barrister at Law in Hong Kong and, since September 1988, has been in private practice in Hong Kong. Mr. Chik has a broad-based litigation practice including real property, trust contract, company and general commercial disputes.
