Ken services our clients in the areas of due diligence, insolvency analysis, and business and financing plan preparation.
Ken has an expertise in risk management, cash flow projections, capital budgeting and financial and cost accounting. During 2007, he has been on the front line in a number of real estate workouts totaling over $500,000,000. Many of which involved unique financing mechanisms to maintain positive operating cash and minimize collateral coverage shortfalls.
Ken has gained experience in the automotive industry while working at Ford Motor Company in both dealership management and product development. From those experiences, he gained a strong knowledge of the purchasing and supplier relationship as well as cost analysis. He has also served as Senior Accounting Analyst for Community Bank of Dearborn. He specialized in financial and regulatory reporting at the bank and streamlined many of those processes through live database query.
Ken holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan - Dearborn and has recently completed his Masters of Science in Finance at U of M. He is also working toward a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
