Ken Goodson is Executive Vice President of DLG Associates. Mr. Goodson is a member of the firm's senior management team and is also involved in business development, client management and primary recruiting.Prior to joining DLG Associates, Mr. Goodson's corporate career spanned some twenty-five years, including sales and management positions with a number of highly regarded financial services companies. His mortgage banking experience encompassed senior management positions in secondary marketing and loan production. While in the mortgage insurance industry, he held a variety of senior level sales and whole loan/servicing trading positions. His mortgage lending experience began with a part-time job while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree at Pfeiffer University.Mr. Goodson's national exposure and broad base of management experience are valuable assets in his executive search practice that spans all areas of mortgage banking, many areas of commercial banking, technology, e-commerce, and other areas of the financial services industry.
