Kenneth Vinther Mortensen is Managing Partner at the Boyden Denmark office.
Before joining Boyden in the early 2002, he was a director in another search and recruitment firm.
Kenneth is passionate about delivery and results and very client and candidate driven. His search experience has through 12 years offered various assignments on the management and executive level both nationally and internationally for leading multinationals and local companies. He has been involved in assignments in a variety of industries and functions with a strong interest in Consumer Goods, Financial Services/Insurance, Technology and Retail.
He is a member of Boyden Global Technology Practice Group and Boyden Financial Services Practice Group.
Kenneth Vinther Mortensen has taken part in several top management assessments internationally. He has in this respect also taken part in the further development of the concept.
Prior to joining the executive search business, his business experience was in positions with large multinational companies.
He holds a degree in finance (B.Sc.) and a diploma in HR development.
Kenneth Vinther Mortensen is a member of The Danish Management Society (VL59).
In 2006 he was co-author on the book "Til og Fra Lederjobbet" published at Børsens Forlag and he is additionally a frequent speaker on the topic of carrier development.
