Mr. Buffaloe joined Cullen and Dykman LLP in 1998. His practice centers around all aspects of negligence defense including motor vehicle, premises and construction site accidents. During the course of his practice, Mr. Buffaloe has tried over 50 cases to verdict and has selected approximately 150 juries. Prior to joining Cullen and Dykman LLP, Mr. Buffaloe began his career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York where he worked in the Tort Division representing a variety of municipal governmental agencies and subdivisions and municipal employees including the Police and Fire Departments, Department of Buildings, Housing Preservation and Development, the Board of Education and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. Also, Mr. Buffaloe also worked in the Appeals Division of the Corporation Counsel while attending law school where he co-authored the briefs on a number of perfected appeals. Upon leaving the Corporation Counsel's office, Mr. Buffaloe joined the in-house firm for United States Fidelity and Guaranty insureds and thereafter joined a Manhattan negligence defense firm. |
