Ken has participated in a wide variety of oil and gas related litigation and appeals, including royalty claims, lease cancellation suits, implied covenant disputes, title disputes, operating agreement disputes, and disputes arising out of gas contracts. Ken has also participated in numerous energy transactions, including acquisitions and divestures of producing properties.
