Ken Hillier, a partner in FLK's San Francisco office, is a member of the firm's Estate Planning Department and its Business Department.
Due to his extensive experience in both estate planning and business transactions, Mr. Hillier's practice focuses on matters in which expertise in both areas is required.
Mr. Hillier joined the firm in 1992 following his graduation from the University of Michigan Law School.

Counseling clients on lifetime wealth transfer strategies.
Assisting in the formation of non-profit entities, including private foundations.
