Kenneth Gowen joined the Company as Vice President of Human Resources in March 2003. From 1996 to 2003 Ken served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Prandium, Inc., based in Irvine, California, with over 600 restaurants and 20,000 employees. Ken served as Vice President of Training for Prandium's Family Restaurant Division from 1994-1996. Prior to joining Prandium, Ken worked for 10 years with General Dynamics, Space Systems Division in San Diego, California, in a variety of Human Resources roles. Prior to entering the private sector Ken served 9 years as Campus Director of Student Ministries with Campus Crusade for Christ, International. Ken earned his bachelors of arts in Communications at Western Illinois University and holds a master of divinity degree from the International School of Theology. |
