Kenneth P. Heaps, M.D., is the Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at Central DuPage Hospital. Dr. Heaps came to Central DuPage Hospital in August 2003 as a Consultant with The Greeley Company to serve as Interim Physician Executive facilitating re-engineering of the medical staff. He became the Vice President of Medical Affairs in August 2004.
Before joining Central DuPage Hospital, he served four years as the Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at Humility of Mary Health Partners in Youngstown, Ohio. He also served 8 years as the Vice President of Medical Affairs and 3 years as Director of Medical Education at York Hospital in Pennsylvania.
In addition to his executive roles, Dr. Heaps was in private practice for 15 years in a four-physician pediatric group in York, Pennsylvania. |
