Mr. Wallace joins Ionatron with more than 17 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and corporate development, gained from his experience in senior management level positions. He has significant working knowledge of financial processes and controls, as well as financial systems, financial process improvements and investor relations. Most recently, Mr. Wallace was Chief Financial Officer of Crosswalk, Inc. early-stage software and grid storage development company. Prior to that time, Mr. Wallace was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Triangle Truss, Inc., a building products manufacturer. Preceding Triangle Mr. Wallace was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and a member of the board of directors of MOXTEK, Inc., a high-tech company specializing in the design, manufacture and worldwide sales of optical polarizers, beam splitters and OEM x-ray components. Before joining MOXTEK he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LAB-InterLink, Inc., a company specializing in the design, manufacture and sale of clinical laboratory automation software and hardware technology. Early in his career he was employed in senior financial reporting and accounting positions with The Coleman Company, Inc., Pamida, Inc. and Caldor, Inc. Mr. Wallace holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University, an MBA in Business Finance from Pepperdine University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Nebraska. |
