Ken Bryant concentrates his area of practice in general business litigation. Mr. Bryant regularly represents a leading electronic funds distribution corporation on a nationwide basis. His practice focuses not only in the state and federal courts of Tennessee, but throughout the United States. Mr. Bryant's litigation experience includes the defense of class action litigation, securities fraud litigation, non-compete and non-solicitation litigation, and breach of contract litigation. In addition to his general business litigation practice, Mr. Bryant represents carriers in all modes of transportation with an emphasis in the motor carrier industry. He represents motor carriers, not only in litigation of all types, but also in general transportation advice and contract drafting and review.
