His principal areas of practice are estate planning, estate and trust administration and related tax planning, including planning for business owners and international tax planning. That includes extensive experience in offshore trusts and corporations, and international estate planning.
Kenneth has more than 20 years of experience in charitable planned giving, dealing with a broad range of outright and deferred gifts by individuals to organizations and foundations. He also represents foundations and other tax-exempt entities in connection with initial organizational matters, grantmaking, compliance with federal and state tax laws and fiduciary responsibility.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Kenneth was a partner with another major law firm, where he served at various times as chair of the Investment Committee, Departmental Administrative Manager for trusts and estates, and chair of the Tax-Exempt Organization practice group.
