In addition to his responsibilities for taxes, Ken has responsibility for treasury, cash management and pensions. He began his career with the company in 1989 and since then has held positions of increasing responsibility.
A Certified Public Accountant, Ken received a BBA from the City College of New York, a JD from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ken is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a member of the Tax Executives Institute, where he served as president of the Los Angeles Chapter, 1989–1990, and currently remains a director. He is active in the Haas Business School of the University of California at Berkeley, where he received the 1993 Raymond Miles Distinguished Service Award. He was also the founding president of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Berkeley Business School Alumni Association. |
