Ken Pocius is a senior partner with Carmody & Torrance. He practices in the fields of commercial real estate and land use law. Ken also represents state, municipal and quasi-governmental agencies, and public/private land development partnerships. His experience includes the development of regional shopping malls, corporate headquarters, office buildings, residential and commercial condominiums, municipal service facilities, regional economic development projects and the sale, purchase and development of land involving contaminated properties.
