Ken Gaitan is a 20 year veteran of commercial real estate finance. As the executive vice president of Johnson Capital Express (JCE), Ken is responsible for all day-to-day operations including loan origination, underwriting and strategic planning. Ken has served in senior loan origination and leadership positions with Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and CBRE/Melody. He is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business. |
