Kenneth Billingsley has been covering the insurance industry since 1998. Recently he placed second in the Wall St. Journal’s 15th annual Best on the Street report of the top stock pickers. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Billingsley was a Senior Vice President with BB&T Capital Markets. While at BB&T he developed the firm’s property & casualty insurance platform focusing on specialty insurers and insurance brokers. Mr. Billingsley’s prior insurance experience was with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey where he focused on the insurance sector. His coverage included property & casualty insurers, life & health insurers and insurance brokers. Mr. Billingsley began his coverage of the insurance sector in 1998 with SNL Financial analyzing mergers and acquisitions within the P&C, L&H and insurance brokerage space. Mr. Billingsley received his BBA in finance from James Madison University.
