Mr. Yontz has been Chairman of the Board of Sybron Dental Specialties since October 2000. Mr. Yontz served as Chairman of the Board of Apogent Technologies Inc. (laboratory and life sciences company) (successor company to Sybron International Corporation) from December 1987 until August 2004, and as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 1987 until December 2000. Mr. Yontz is a director of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. He also serves as a director or member of a number of civic and community organizations.
