Mr. Adams has over 35 years of experience in the financial area. Mr. Adams served with Saab Cars USA, Inc. from 1974-2005, most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1992-2005. In 1997 he set up and incorporated Saab Financial Services Corporation. While serving as CEO of SFSC he led his team in creating a corporate structure that included operating, trust, and bankruptcy remote companies, as well as establishing a $1 billion warehouse line of credit. Mr. Adams started his professional career at Price Waterhouse after obtaining a BS of Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University. |
